A bespoke website designed and built in Craft CMS for a boutique hotel that integrates with a third party system to book hotel rooms online. The client came to us with specific requests around their brand identity and reflecting that online. Along with certain functionalities that would make their life easier if it was automated.
Some clients have nothing - they start with a blank page and we direct everything from design through to build. Some clients already have a brand identity they are happy with, but not a website - we are comfortable working with either avenue. This particular client already had a strong brand identity but needed to digitise this and extend that brand into an online experience that reflects the offline promotional material of the boutique hotel.
We can recommend third party plugins and system for clients, but on this occasion they already had a deal in place with Welcome Anywhere - a CRM system allowing hotels to take bookings online through their website. A plugin wasn't readily available for Craft CMS so we needed to look at the documentation and integrate as fluidly as possible. The booking process for the user had to be bespoke and look a certain way, so it was our job to handle this for the client.
