Brand Direction, 3D Illustration, Tone of Voice and Web Design & Development for iET; a recruitment agency based in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. iETs services and clientele cover a broad range from IT, to Finance to Legal, their offerings bring quality and innovation to recruiting creating exciting new opportunities to employers and job hunters globally – combining people-based business solutions with creative imagination.
We developed a bespoke new website integrating a backend with a frontend fully manageable from the client’s side, and pulling through live jobs from a custom API. Enhancing the user experience from a user point of view, we have brought all of iET's systems all in one place creating a fully functional and visually strong site.
iET are passionate about the quality of their work, whilst also being fun and relaxed: a place where there is room not just for professionalism but also creativity, innovation, and humor. We created 3D Illustrations to represent the culture and Team at iET, with a genuine love for their work, guaranteeing transparency, certainty, quality, and professionalism.
To resonate with iET's target audience and bring it in line with their Teams nature, we wanted to bring to life the idea of being 'People People' and show the relaxed, fun side that iET brings to its clients. To do this, we transformed its look and feel, introducing a fun display serif, 3D illustration, and a new confident yet colloquial tone of voice to immerse the user in the experience of the site.
iET needed help in creating tone of voice for the brand, and writing the english content to set a specific tone for their audience. Not only is the content SEO friendly, it clearly defines what services iET offer and sets them apart form competitors in a friendly but professional manner.
