Sometimes things don't go quite to plan no matter what precautions you put in place to make sure they go right. This was very much the case for Paul and Pete when it came not only to opening their new practice but to my photographing it. The decorators had only been gone a few hours before I got there and I was greeted with lush green glass panels and a very sleek and stylish interior surprisingly comfy though and the guys themselves looked after me all day.
We worked through my shot list and I found that with all the yoga, pilates and various exercises that were taking place I was feeling more limber and flexed just by watching the volunteers that were modelling seemed to totally enjoy themselves. Fiona, the yoga teacher, blew me away with her flexibility and I was very glad that I only had to photograph them instead of actually taking part!
Like I've said in the past, one of the perks of my job is that I get to meet so many people and that day was no exception the clinic ha an excellent team making sure all runs smooth. Pete has a real passion for what he does and definitely knows his stuff, I learnt so much about various physiotherapy treatments including ways to help posture and I think I was nosey enough to find out a few extras too.
I processed and got the images prepped for the website within hours of finishing shooting and the website (made by Shape of course) is live now for all to see in full colour!
