Stoneletters is one of the UK's leading creative letter-cutting studios based in Oxfordshire. Stoneletters contacted MadeByShape to refresh their identity and create a bespoke website that showcases their intricate workings. The brand repositioning had to ooze personality and the human touch, we executed this through Design, Tone of Voice and Content.
Stoneletters create bespoke headstones and architectural pieces through a personal and caring service, so the brand and website needed to reflect this. The website needed to feel exclusive without seeming too corporate.
Stoneletters were worried that their previous website didn't reflect the professionalism and quality of work they know they can produce. MadeByShape positioned the new site to offer visual and written content that showcased the quality of work Stoneletters can create, and the people behind it. Trust is very important when it comes to viewing a brand/website and it was a huge part of the execution.
