Genesis Creative came to us for Branding and Website support. They were in need of a total overhaul, to better represent who they are today, which clients they want to target, and showcase the work they're producing. Why did they come to us? Because they didn't have the time internally to concentrate on this project, and they solely concentrate on Branding - and wanted an agency who could delivery Brand and Website under one roof.
Understanding the project brief is vital in any project. Firstly, we listened to Founder, Naomi, and understood her concerns. She wanted to reach a different audience. She wanted to portray Genesis Creative in a different light, and totally level up the appearance online. We helped Naomi with Business Positioning, Portfolio Advice, Tone of Voice, Service Offerings, and yes - we did help her with Brand Creation, Web Design and Web Development. But it was much more than a new website. Naomi is now proud to shout about her brand, and website, online whereas before, Naomi was cautious about promoting her business as she didn't think it reflected the services and quality she offers.
