Why did Rise at Seven choose MadeByShape?

A collaboration that perfectly fits

It always has a feel good factor when another agency instructs us to totally rebrand their business, create a new digital environment and trust us with their baby. But this one just hits hard. I've been following Rise at Seven for years and I'm super proud that we were the chosen agency to take Rise to the next level and beyond.

Trust me, you're not going to be disappointed when this one launches.

So, what are we even doing?

A complete brand overhaul and new digital environment. But what does that even mean, Andy - spell it out. OK, OK. We're taking the current brand logo and repositioning the business. New colours, new type, new logo, new presentation decks, new social styling, new tone of voice - everything. And on top of that a brand spanking new website that is just 'next level' and more.

Rise at Seven are the best in the business at what they do, and they need visuals and digital that perfectly sums up what they do, who they are and who they're targeting. MadeByShape have delivered on it all and we're really close to launching soon.

I think by having a better shop front, it helps us convert leads better, gives those signals of trust from day one. If I'm gonna do it once, I'm gonna do it right - that's why I chose MadeByShape.

A different approach to getting a client?

Not really, I've never changed - I give my honest opinion always - some people listen, some don't. I met Carrie at a networking event and approached her, I said she deserves a better website. She trusted me, we got on from a personal level. It's no deeper than that. If somebody trusts you, they will listen. It also was nice to hear that Carrie has been following MadeByShape for years behind the scenes too, something I didn't know.

Rise online, on social media, smash it big time. But going to their current website doesn't reflect that. It doesn't show their amazing culture they've created, the visuals are below par (sorry), and they've neglected it. A website (and brand) should be your 24/7 sales tool that represents your business, period. No corners should be cut. Think of how many clients will have decided to go elsewhere with a bad first impression.

This is the biggest agency relaunch we've done, from an effort level point of view. It's going to win lots of awards this one.
