Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget. They look after the digital team, and keep the client happy through with constant communication. Understanding the project's objectives, making sure they are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Project managers oversee jobs to ensure the best result is achieved, and the most efficient resources are used.

Our Co-Founder, Andy, travels a lot meeting new clients, securing new contracts and pitching for work. There's only so many hours in the day and Andy cannot meet everybody. We need another motivated individual to help our team work more efficiently and keep clients happy.

You must be a friendly character who represents the brand well. We have an ethos and way of thinking, this needs to come across when meeting clients. We all love what we do, we believe in Shape and enjoy coming to work everyday - we need to find another individual who is just as passion about Shape as we are. All roles at our studio are important and you will be a respected member of the team.

Business Development is key to this role also. Looking at ways of securing new clients, meeting potential clients in the studio, going out for meals, drinks and socialising are all aspects of the job role. We are looking for somebody to come in, and take Shape to the next level, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Age does not matter. Experience in the industry is ideal but not mandatory. We are looking for a particular individual with a certain personality. Interviews will be arranged for successful candidates.
