MadeByShape are looking for an Account Manager.

We'd like a friendly individual to come in and look after our team in-house, and our clients (all over the world). Organisation is key, and communication skills need to be super.

We're on our way to creating a stress-free environment, and a big part of that is exceptional organisation and communication skills. A friendly person to look after every project, and the people involved.

This position will directly support the MadeByShape team, and the multiple projects we deliver for a range of clients.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

Calendar Organisation

Excellent Communication Skills (face to face, by phone, and by email)

Communicating with designers and developers to make sure they are on schedule

Communicating with clients to request info the MadeByShape need

Join phone calls, email and zoom meetings with clients to listen to specific requests

Manage your own workload and maintain individual and team KPIs

Assisting the team with content strategy

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Operating as the lead point of contact for a range of projects

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives

What we need to see:

Excellent writing and grammar skills

Ability to have a good sense of humour

Must speak native English

Excellent time management and communication skills

Must be UK based (preferably North West)

Experience at a web design agency is ideal but not necessary
